our purpose for education is to tackle societal challenges through the development of deeply human global citizens who have the courage to change the world.
Goal to evolve into an emergent and decentralized model of an institution that is accessible to all, relevant to the changing demands of society, and personalized to the needs of individuals. Our goal education is not to create individuals who can regurgitate information or highly skilled working machines but to liberate them to think for themselves ( Brandon Stover 2021)
The need to connect students to career mobility is increasing yet our education systems have lacked a true bridge between high school and upward career exploration. Young adults, as a result, suffer from huge college debts and delayed returns on investments forced to take up low-paying jobs with limited chances of advancements.

There is a feeling of distinct disjuncture between centuries past and the one into which we are now emerging, and that the educational demands of this new century require new ways of thinking and learning (Gardner, 2008; Pink, 2005) Yet education has failed to adjust for the sea wave of changes that could render current practices obsolete hence the need for a different model of education-one that transcends the 20th Century skills of repetition, basic knowledge, and limited literacy.
